A new vehicle for the carrying out of house and garden clearances

S & E Cleaning Services are pleased to announce that they have been awarded another contract for their House & Garden Clearance services. The contract with Trent & Dove in partnership with Inspace is to run for the next twleve months.

Matt Smith (Director) said "We are very excited about this contract as it allows us to show that we can service more than just cleaning contracts."

The company has been offering house and Garden clearance services for sometime for Derby City Council. With this new contract they have been able to invest in custom vehicles to allow for the safe disposal of waste cleared from properties throughout Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

The company has also applied for, A typical view of a property that requires clearance and has been successful in acquiring a licence from the Environmental Agency to Remove and Transport Waste materials. Licence number CB/WN5810TZ.

Our services are such that we can now safely and efficiently clear any property, garden or shed and once cleared carryout a Deep Clean. This then leaves the property in such a condition that it is able to be inspected for defects properly and then repairs made as required.
